At the instigation of its founder (former IT consultant, expert in process optimization / trade and logistics flows in the automotive sector), Syartec was interested very early, in market issues and the needs of automotive professionals . SOFTWARE TRAINER AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
February 8th, 2021 – Permanent contract – Aix en Provence (France)
In collaboration with the project manager, you will participate in the roll-out of the software and its updates.
– Handle the relationship with the clients.
– Administer face-to-face and remote training programs.
– Carry out the settings for users.
– Edit users guides.
– Support users during the first weeks after the roll-out (average business trip at client’s offices lasts 3 weeks).
You will be the first support and you will handle the communication between the technical team and the clients.
When a support request arrives, you will:
– Receive, analyze and assign to the right department.
– Follow the enhancement and handle the communication with users.
As part of the maintenance (corrective and upgradable), you will test the application (performances and reliability);
Required skills and experience:
Project managing and learning programs for adults required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-orientated and team player.
Meticulous, curious and independent.
Fluent French and English required (Written and Spoken).
International business trips.
Experience in the automotive industry will be a plus.
Starting date: ASAP.
